Piecing together the past

Check out one of my collaborations with the talented archaeologist Benjamin Jones who also runs The Past from Above. Along with Aotearoa New Zealand archaeologist Dr Simon Bickler we presented a storymap showcasing the Te Reo Place Names of Aotearoa's Archaeological sites which feature over 4000 place names!- Did you know there are over 60,000 archaeological sites registered on Aotearoa New Zealand's national archaeological database ArchSite??? There is so much to learn from our past and in the wake of climate change it is important to understand the various ways of viewing and living in landscapes through time.
